No. We don't charge you based on how many users or businesses you add. 5 or 50, the price is the same. If you have many businesses, you can also specify which businesses are visible to which users. Great for accountants and bookkeepers with many clients.
Yes. We also offer annual plans which are at the cost of 10× monthly price. This means annual plan will get you 2 months free every year. You can choose annual plan during sign up or switch anytime after.

No. If you sign up for annual plan, you will automatically get perpetual server license. This means you can download our software and run it yourself in the public cloud or on your private server indefinitely. There's no minimum contract for Manager — cancel at any time without penalty or hassle. And unlike most online accounting software, you can download all your data and continue using desktop edition for free. If you have perpetual server license, you can continue using self-hosted version indefinitely even after cancelling your subscription.
