What Can I Do If I Have Been Overcharged?

We do not charge amounts other than those listed on our website. If you notice a discrepancy between the amount you were deducted and the pricing on our website, contact your bank for clarification.

Subscription fees never increase for current customers. Whenever customers resubscribe, they will pay the same price as when they first signed up for the service.


Bank transfers are subject to processing fees. Such fees will be disclosed separately on your bank statement.

If you subscribe in a currency other than the currency of your card’s affiliated bank account, the conversion will be done at the current exchange rate every time your subscription is renewed.
