How Can I Change My Subscription Plan?

Subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) can be changed in the billing portal.

To change your billing plan:

  1. Go to Manager Cloud.

  2. Enter your domain name and click next.

  1. Enter your Administrator Account credentials.

Click on the “Billing Portal” button to access your Billing Portal.

  1. In your portal, click the “Update Plan” button and select your preferred plan.

Some customers may not see the “Update plan” button in their portal for the time being. If you are unable to find the option in your portal, please contact us at to change your plan.
