Localizations allow to customize Manager so it’s better suited to individual countries. When new business is created, user can choose the country which would automatically set base currency, create tax codes, payslip categories, customize chart accounts and add country-specific reports.
It’s not essential for users to select country as they can always create empty business and set base currency, create tax codes, payslip categories and even build country-specific reports themselves. However these are common tasks for the entire country and instead of forcing users in specific country do the same setup tasks over and over again, we maintain global repository of country-specific templates which serve as a good starting point in individual countries.
Country-specific features come from our global repository of business templates.
This repository is not public. We have one dedicated person per country coordinating the localization efforts.
