Purchase Orders — Lines

The Purchase Orders — Lines screen enables you to view individual lines across all your purchase orders simultaneously. This is helpful when searching for a specific purchase order based on detailed line information, or when summarizing data from purchase order lines for various reporting purposes.

Accessing Purchase Orders — Lines

To access this view, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Purchase Orders tab.

2. Click the Purchase Orders — Lines button located in the bottom-right corner.

Customizing the View

While in the Purchase Orders — Lines screen, you may customize the displayed columns to better suit your requirements. Click the Edit columns button to enable or disable specific columns. For detailed instructions, refer to Edit columns.
