Classic Custom Fields — Upgrade

Classic custom fields have now become outdated in Manager.io. You can easily upgrade them to the newer custom fields through this provided interface.

Upgrading a classic custom field

To upgrade a classic custom field:

1. Navigate to the Classic Custom Fields — Upgrade screen.
2. Select the classic custom field you wish to upgrade.
3. Click the Upgrade button to complete the process.

This procedure transfers your existing data from classic custom fields into the new custom fields system. For detailed information about the capabilities and benefits of new custom fields, refer to the Custom Fields guide.

Verifying the upgrade and troubleshooting

After upgrading your custom fields, carefully verify your data to ensure the process has completed without issues.

If you encounter any problems after the upgrade, you can revert the changes using the History feature. To revert:

1. Navigate to the History section.
2. Select the appropriate action.
3. Click Undo to reverse the upgrade operation.
